On January 30th, the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Department of Thai Nguyen Provincial Police, in coordination with TNG Land Joint Stock Company, organized training and professional development in fire prevention, fighting, and rescue, and conducted a fire fighting and rescue drill at the social housing area of ​​the Dai Thang Residential Area Project in Van Xuan Ward.

The training content includes disseminating new legal regulations on fire prevention and rescue; knowledge of fire prevention in the use of electricity, open flames, and heat sources; initial firefighting techniques; skills in escaping, rescuing victims, and providing first aid in case of an incident. Trainees combine theoretical learning with practical training in the use of firefighting and rescue equipment, ensuring the training is practical, easy to understand, and effective to apply.

The fire fighting and rescue drill simulated a fire in the second-floor parking area of ​​the building caused by an exploding electric motorbike battery; the fire spread rapidly, emitting a lot of toxic smoke and gases, and people were trapped…

Upon detecting the fire, the on-site fire fighting team immediately implemented initial firefighting measures, guided evacuations, rescued people, moved property, and notified the Fire and Rescue Police force.

When professional forces arrive, firefighting and rescue equipment and teams are quickly deployed, organizing search and rescue operations, and controlling and extinguishing the fire according to proper procedures and tactics.

Practice coordinating firefighting and rescuing people trapped at high altitudes.

The training and practice session aims to raise awareness, sense of responsibility, and practical skills in fire prevention and rescue for the on-site fire fighting force, staff, workers, and residents living in apartment buildings managed and operated by TNG Land; it is also an opportunity for participating forces to improve their coordination and situational handling capabilities, contributing to proactive prevention and effective response to fire, explosion, and accident incidents occurring in residential areas and high-rise apartment buildings.
